 Carrycot Included

With the Carrycot included, your newborn will be able to sleep soundlessly in a flat position, protected and comfy. The Carrycot is easy to attach to the chassis and you can release it using just one hand. With optimal air flow around the Carrycot, your baby will be able to sleep safely in it overnight. Your baby will feel fresh and cool with the pushchairs ventilated mattress pad, side panels, canopy and lower base. On sunny days, pop out the extendable UPF50+ protection sun shade. On rainy days, use the Pushchair seat rain shield.

Updated Pushchair Features

Suitable from 9kg to 22kg, the UPPAbaby Vista V2 has plenty of options for use as your family grows. With additional expansion tools you can adapt the Pushchair to fit your needs. The Pushchair allows you to accommodate a newborn and their older sibling or if you have been blessed with not one, but two little pickles, the Vista V2 allows for two infant car seats, two carrycots or two seats. The Vista V2 also expands to allow two toddlers of varying age. Relax knowing your youngest can have a nap whilst their big brother can watch the world go by. The Vista V2 can also accommodate a third child, just add the Piggy Back Ride Along Board. This is perfect for young walkers who have tired little legs.

Reversible Seat Unit

Thanks to the reversible seat unit, you are able to switch from outward facing to parent facing easily with little hassle. This means you are able to chat away to baby face to face or let them explore the world around them. The Vista V2 now has a roomy and higher backrest, meaning as your child grows they will always be in comfort. Perfect for longer legs, the Vista V2 footrest now has a bigger depth. What's more, the harness does not need re-threading in order to be adapted to fit.

Folding And Standing Alone

Using just one hand, undo and turn out the bumper bar, this makes it easy for you to get your child in and out. Once folded and handlebar is in its highest position, the Pushchair will stand alone, making it easier to manage. Even the extra-large, easy to reach under seat basket doesn't get in the way. The basket includes a section to hold the rain shield as well. Therefore, if sudden rain occurs, its easy to find and to grab. 

Improved Travelling Comfort

The Vista V2 now has suspension on all of its wheels. As well as being high quality and hard wearing, the tyres also have a softer feel whilst on the move. You can lock the front wheels easily. What's more, you know when they are in place thanks to the markers on the wheel locks.

Do I Receive A Warranty?

Yes. UPPAbaby offer a manufacturer's standard 2 year warranty. Proof of purchase is required. UPPAbaby also offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty. To receive this warranty, customers must register online at UPPAbaby.com within three months of purchase. Warranty applies in the UK mainland only.

Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• We may use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided) 

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk). Include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned with all original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods 

Notes:

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package and per attempt (UK mainland only)
• Individual items from bundles or packages are not returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned in full 
• If an item from a multi item purchase is returned delivery charges will be recalculated and applied to the remaining live order
