Plus you get a secret storage compartment at the feet end, that you remove when required. Therefore, this is very useful when you're pushing your child around in the carrycot. Plus, your hands are free while you're out and about too.

Canopies and Cover

You also get a mini canopy you flip out when it's very sunny in the Summer. Plus, there's a cover you attach over the front of the canopy to help shade your little one from the sun's harmful rays as well. Additionally, you always find it easy to see your nipper without drawing attention to yourself. This is because of the mesh, Peek-a-Boo window. The carrycot also has a vented sun canopy and waterproof cover or apron included as well.

Handles and Feet

Importantly, on the bottom of the carrycot structure you will find non-slip feet. These feet keep the base off the ground when you haven't attached it to the pushchair frame. Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• We may use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided)

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk). Include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned with original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package (UK mainland only)
• Items from bundles & packages are non returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned complete
