Joie Trillo LX Car Seat is a safe and comfortable car seat . It is installed quickly and easily using the ISOfix points in your car. The addition of a memory foam cushion and extra layers of side impact protection mean you will have complete peace of mind your baby is safe.

Joie Trillo LX Car Seat is a forward facing group 2/3 car seat, which is suitable from 15 - 36kg (approximately 3 - 12 years old). Side impact protection on the Joie Trillo LX offers ultimate protection in any side collision, and provides added security for the head, body and hips of your baby. It also has Guard Surround Safety Panels which add extra layers of side protection. 

The height adjustable headrest offers 7 different positions for both safety and comfort and breathable fabrics mean that Joie Trillo LX is the perfect car seat for any weather. The fabrics of the seat are removable and machine washable.

Padded arm rests and 2 tuck away cup holders add extra practicality to the Trillo LX Car Seat.  

A memory foam cushion has been added to make sure your baby is as safe and as comfortable on your travels as possible.

Yes, the Joie Trillo LX Car Seat comes with a 12 month manufacturers warranty (UK Mainland Only)  

Delivery within the UK mainland

• FREE for 48hr delivery for UK mainland orders over £50
• £5.00 for 48hr delivery for UK mainland orders under £50
• £8.95 per box surcharge for UK Mainland Next Day Delivery (12:00 cutoff, week day deliveries only)
• "In stock" orders are normally delivered within 2 working days. (Typical: order today, collected from warehouse tomorrow, delivered to you next day)
• "Pre-order" items are dispatched once stock is received from manufacturer, a timescale is provided if available
• "Sold out" items are currently unavailable

Delivery to UK Islands & Highlands*

• £20 per parcel (see list below) 
• £50 per parcel for orders to the Channel Islands 
• The standard delivery time to UK Islands & Highlands is 3 working days. 

*We deliver to Western Isles, Scottish Isles, Shetland, Orkney, Isle of Skye, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Highlands and Remote Areas.

Delivery to mainland Europe*

• £15 per parcel, for multiple parcels, multiple charges apply (please see below)
• The standard delivery time to mainland Europe is 3 - 5 working days depending on geographic location. 

*We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• We may use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided)

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk). Include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned with original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods 

Notes:

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package (UK mainland only)
• Items from bundles & packages are non returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned complete
• If need be, we can supply a suitable transport carton at a cost of £10.
