Joie Pact Lite Pushchair is a lightweight pushchair that is suitable from birth. It weighs only 5.5kg but still has lots of useful features for both you and your baby. 

To protect your baby, Joie Pact Lite Pushchair has an extendable UPF50+ sun canopy with a visor and a 5 point safety harness. For their comfort, Joie Pact Lite Pushchair has a multi position recline seat which can recline to a lie flat position. Fabric covered bumper bar, 2 position calf support and all wheel suspension makes for an enjoyable and comfortable ride. 

For your convenience, Joie Pact Lite Pushchair has an easy and compact fold. This can be operated with one hand. A carry strap makes for easy transportation and the full size shopping basket means you can store as many necessities as you like. The single step ShoeSaver brake ensures easy activation of the brake without scuffing your shoes. Front wheels swivel for additional manoeuvrability but can also be locked when you want more control.

Delivery to mainland Europe*

• £15 per parcel, for multiple parcels, multiple charges apply (please see below)
• The standard delivery time to mainland Europe is 3 - 5 working days depending on geographic location. 

*We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• We may use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided)

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk) and we will refund you, minus the cost of delivery to the return address below. Please be sure to include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned in original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods 

Notes:

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package (UK mainland only), contact us for a quote if you live outside the UK mainland
• Items from bundles & packages are non returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned complete
• If need be, we can supply a suitable transport carton at a cost of £10.
