The Joie Kubbie Daydreamer Napper Topper is a really clever nursery accessory that gives you the freedom to need to get on with things while your baby stays safe and happy. Using the Napper Topper, you can set up your Kubbie Sleep Travel Cot when you arrive at your overnight accommodation, clip the Joie Kubbie Daydreamer Napper Topper on top. Then pop your baby onto the mesh. This creates a hammock-style seat that keeps baby safe and suspended within the frame of the travel cot. This keeps baby at eye level while you get on with things. Whether that's getting ready for your day out or unpacking your bags.

The soft mesh and padded inserts are strong enough to support your baby while providing a perfect nest in which to relax. Once the day is done, simply unclip the Napper Topper from the top of your Kubbie Sleep Travel Cot, and lie baby flat on the travel cot mattress for a great night's sleep.

Joie offer a 1 year Manufacturer's Warranty with all products from the initial date of purchase. This applies to UK Mainland only.

Delivery to mainland Europe*

*We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• We may use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided)

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk) and we will refund you, minus the cost of delivery. Please be sure to include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned in original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods 

Notes:

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package (UK mainland only), contact us for a quote if you live outside the UK mainland
• Items from bundles & packages are non returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned complete
• If need be, we can supply a suitable transport carton at a cost of £10.
