Joie Juva 0+ Car Seat is a Group 0+ Car Seat and is suitable from birth to 13kg. Your baby will be safe with optimal side impact protection. The curved base allows for rocking and relaxing meaning your baby will love spending time in it as they travel along side you. The carry handle is ergonomic and has plenty of positions so you will find the one most suited for you. A sun canopy gives your little one protection from the sun and the padded harness covers add extra comfort. 

For practicality and convenience, the covers are removable and machine washable. To fit this Group 0+ Car Seat into your vehicle, simply click it onto the Joie ClickFIT Car Seat Base (sold separately). 

Aeroplane Installation

The Juva can only be installed using a lap belt if being used in an aircraft without the base. (Do not install in a road vehicle using a lap belt.) When being used in an aircraft, the infant child restraint must only be installed rear facing on the seat.

• £5.00 for 48hr delivery for UK mainland orders under £50
• £8.95 per box surcharge for UK Mainland Next Day Delivery (12:00 cutoff, week day deliveries only)
• "In stock" orders are normally delivered within 2 working days. (Typical: order today, collected from warehouse tomorrow, delivered to you next day)
• "Pre-order" items are dispatched once stock is received from manufacturer, a timescale is provided if available
• "Sold out" items are currently unavailable

Delivery to mainland Europe*

*All products by Britax, Graco, Joie, Nuna brands are restricted from being shipped outside of the UK mainland. Orders for these products with delivery addresses outside of the UK mainland will not be shipped. 

Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• BuggyBaby's practice is to minimise shipment packaging and recycle outer-packaging where it is safe to do so. We may also use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided)

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk). Include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned with original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods 

Notes:

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package and per attempt (UK mainland only)
• Items from bundles & packages are non returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned complete
• If need be, we can supply a suitable transport carton at a cost of £10.
