Ickle Bubba Snowdon 4 in 1 Mini Cot Bed is a versatile Nursery Furniture item designed for safe, cosy sleeping. Suitable from birth to around aged four, it has several modes to suit your child's needs. For example, firstly a newborn mode for tiny babies. This is perfect for new parents as it means you can lift baby from naps without having to reach down too far. Then, as baby learns to sit and stand, simply lower the mattress platform accordingly. Finally, when baby is ready to progress to a bed, simply convert it into a toddler bed by replacing one of the sides with the rail provided. If you wish, you can also remove the rail to create a day bed for older children.

This furniture is held and dispatched directly to the customer from Ickle Bubba's warehouse. BuggyBaby does not hold any stock. This means that the order lead time differs from our usual 48 hour delivery timescale. Deliveries are quoted 1-2 weeks but generally take 7-10 days. Once the order has dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information from Ickle Bubba's nominated courier. 1 Man Delivery - DPD or FedEx. 2 Man Delivery - Panther. For 2 Man Deliveries, Panther will call to arrange a delivery time.

Delivery within the UK Mainland (does not include Northern Ireland)*

*We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

*Please note that you will be contacted after order placement with regards the number of parcels required to ship your order should it be more than 1, multiple charges will apply. 

*All products by Britax, Graco, Joie, Nuna are restricted from being shipped outside the UK Mainland. Orders for these products with delivery addresses outside of the UK mainland will not be shipped. 

Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• We may use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided) 

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk). Include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned with original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods 

Notes:

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package and per attempt (UK mainland only)
• Items from bundles & packages are non returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned complete
• If need be, we can supply a suitable transport carton at a cost of £10.
