Safety features

For example, the Galaxy features double layered side impact protection plus an impact absorbing shell. This combined with the chest harness and buckle comfort pads provides enhanced protection in a side collusion.

Superior comfort

The head hugger inlay provided provides extra comfort around your baby's delicate head and neck area, plus there is also a lie flatter inlay option to make those short naps even more relaxing. As an extra plus, the Galaxy car seat comes with a foot warmer - ideal for keeping little tootsies warm when carrying them out to the car, or when fixed to your pushchair (adapters may be required, items sold separately).

Pushchair travel system ready

The Galaxy is made-for the Ickle Bubba V3 and V4 pushchairs, allowing you to create the perfect Pushchair Travel System. What's more, the Galaxy can also be attached to pushchairs that are compatible with universal or Maxi Cosi car seat adapters.

Easy to use

Convenience comes as standard with this package thanks to the ISOfix base included in the box. Simply hook up the base to the ISOfix connectors in your vehicle and you can click the Galaxy on and off each time you want to take a journey. However, if you wish to move the Galaxy between cars then that's fine, you can also install it via your car's 3-point seatbelt.

Practical

The fabrics on the Galaxy car seat are easy to remove for washing. It's also lightweight and easy to carry - great news for new parents!

• £8.95 per box surcharge for UK Mainland Next Day Delivery (12:00 cutoff, week day deliveries only)

• "Pre-order" items are dispatched once stock is received from manufacturer, a timescale is provided if available

*Please note that you will be contacted after order placement with regards the number of parcels required to ship your order should it be more than 1, multiple charges will apply. 

*All products by Britax, Graco, Joie, Nuna brands are restricted from being shipped outside of the UK mainland. Orders for these products with delivery addresses outside of the UK mainland will not be shipped. 

Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• BuggyBaby's practice is to minimise shipment packaging and recycle outer-packaging where it is safe to do so. We may also use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided)

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk). Include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned with original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods 

Notes:

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package and per attempt (UK mainland only)
• Items from bundles & packages are non returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned complete
• If need be, we can supply a suitable transport carton at a cost of £10.
