Side By Side Safely

Use the fixing system to keep the cot attached to your own bed in the night. This means you can reach out to reassure your baby when they need it. Then when the need to feed must be addressed you are instantly there without too much disruption. Therefore, baby hardly needs to wake up to feed and the whole process is much more calm and relaxed for everyone. It also means that baby has their own space and you have yours so no need to worry about who's where in the bed!

Daytime Dozing

Wheel this cot from room to room during the day with ease when you want to keep an eye on your little pickle. With the sides fully engaged, there's still plenty of ventilation and air flow thanks to the meshing on the sides. As you have the side pockets at hand, this means you can literally transport all your bits and bobs with you from room to room - it's not just a Nursery Accessory: changing baby's nappy and finding toys and teethers is therefore a cinch. Don't forget you also have a handy storage area underneath the mattress to use as well.

Travel Cot Function

Also, if you travel anywhere overnight then this bedside cot helps retain your usual routine. It's easy to fold down and then reassemble. Plus - carrying it around is no problem in the lightweight, fabric bag included as it weighs only 7.5kg. It even has wheels at the base so you can keep lifting to a minimum. When fully assembled, the cot's dimensions are 87 x 56 x 78cm. Then, when folded down the dimensions are 22.5 x 22.5 x 75cm. The lowerable side moves from 52cm to 75cm.

Easy To Clean

This cosy cot comes with a sturdy, removable base and foam, folding mattress which is easy to clean. There is also a cosy, quilted mattress protector included. The mattress area is 80 x 44cm. To fold away and transport takes just a few seconds. Use the cot base to protect the folded cot structure and velcro this in place before slipping it neatly in to the fabric carry bag.

Do I Get A Warranty?

Yes. All Hauck products come with a 6 month manufacturer's warranty.

• "Pre-order" items are dispatched once stock is received from manufacturer, a timescale is provided if available

Delivery to UK Islands & Highlands*

• £20 per parcel (see list below) 
• £50 per parcel for orders to the Channel Islands

Delivery to mainland Europe*

• £30 per parcel, for multiple parcels, multiple charges apply (please see below)
• The standard delivery time to mainland Europe is 3 - 5 working days depending on geographic location. 

*We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

*Excludes remote locations where surcharge of £20 per parcel is applicable.

*Please note that you will be contacted after order placement with regards the number of parcels required to ship your order should it be more than 1, multiple charges will apply. 

*All products by Britax, Graco, Joie, Nuna brands are restricted from being shipped outside of the UK mainland. Orders for these products with delivery addresses outside of the UK mainland will not be shipped. 

Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• BuggyBaby's practice is to minimise shipment packaging and recycle outer-packaging where it is safe to do so. We may also use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided)

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk). Include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned with original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods 

Notes:

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package and per attempt (UK mainland only)
• Items from bundles & packages are non returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned complete
• If need be, we can supply a suitable transport carton at a cost of £10.
