Hauck Comfort Fix ISOfix Base is compatible with the Hauck Comfort Fix 0+ Car Seat (sold separately). This sturdy Car Seat Base provides the most secure way to attach the Comfort Fix infant carrier to your vehicle, and removes the need to attach the seat with a seat belt every time you take a journey. It is suitable for all cars with ISOfix and is easy to assemble and install.

Simply put the Comfort Fix in the centre of the base then follow the special guide rails to slide it into place. Once it's in the correct position it locks into place automatically, so providing peace of mind before driving away. Once you've reached your destination, simply slide the Comfort Fix up off the base and lift out.

It can be tricky to install a car seat correctly when using the seat belt. With the Hauck Comfort Fix base, you don't have to worry that you've got it wrong. The first check is the red/green indicator on the base. Then, guide rails confirm that you've got the car seat into the base correctly. Finally, the support leg, which extends to the floor of your car, guarantees optimum safety.

Yes. All Hauck products come with a 6 month manufacturer's warranty. Valid in the UK mainland only.

*We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

*Please note that you will be contacted after order placement with regards the number of parcels required to ship your order should it be more than 1, multiple charges will apply. 

*All products by Britax, Graco, Joie, Nuna are restricted from being shipped outside the UK Mainland. Orders for these products with delivery addresses outside of the UK mainland will not be shipped. 

Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• We may use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided) 

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk). Include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned with all original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods 

Notes:

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package and per attempt (UK mainland only)
• Individual items from bundles or packages are not returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned in full 
• If an item from a multi item purchase is returned delivery charges will be recalculated and applied to the remaining live order 
• If need be, we can supply a suitable transport carton at a cost of £10
