The Pallas S-Fix is a 2 in 1 car seat which adjusts to the growth of your child. You can use this seat from 9 months to 12 years old. Firstly, in Group 1 the adjustable impact shield doubles as an inflatable airbag, and, in collision, protects against neck injuries without being restrictive. Then, you can convert the seat to Group 2 3 mode from approximately 3 years and above.

Integrated Side-Impact Protection

The integrated side-impact protection on this Car Seat is extendable on the side facing the car door. This L.S.P. System on the Pallas S-Fix offers increased safety during a side-impact collision. What's more, this system helps in reducing the force of an impact in the event of as collision by approximately 25% when compared to the same car seat without L.S.P. extended. Lastly, the impact shield of the CYBEX Pallas S-Fix Car Seat - Deep Black reduces the risk of serious neck injuries without confining the child, and has an improved overall crash performance.

Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• We may use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided) 

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk). Include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned with original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package and per attempt (UK mainland only)
• Items from bundles & packages are non returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned complete
