Ergonomic lie flat position

The Cloud Z i-Size has a longer legrest to ensure that your baby is really comfy during car journeys. Plus, the Cloud Z i-Size has a very clever extra feature: it extends into a lie-flat seat when you're not using it inside the car. So, if baby falls asleep on your journey, you can simply carry the seat inside, click the button behind the headrest, and create a flat sleeping environment - ideal for extending those daytime naps!

Grows with your baby

The Cloud Z i-Size is designed to be used from 45 - 87cm, to a max weight of 13kg, or approximately 24 months. A removable newborn inlay allows your infant to lie nearly flat while travelling in the car, and also helps to prevent baby's head tipping forward while asleep. Once your little one is 60cm, you can remove the inlay to make space. What's more, with 11 headrest positions, it's easy to create a custom fit as your child grows.

Pair up with the CYBEX Base Z ISOfix Car Seat Base (sold separately) to activate the innovative rotate mechanism. The base is simple to install thanks to its ISOfix, and once in place, allows you to swivel the Cloud Z i-Size a full 180 degrees. As a result, you only have to swivel the car seat towards the door to get baby in and out, which does away with any awkward leaning and twisting.

Integrated linear side impact protection

The Cloud Z i-Size features an extended side protector that faces the door. As a result, this car seat absorbs the first impact forces of an accident. Plus the car seat's flexible shell reduces a further 25% impact, channelling even more harm away from your baby.

Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• We may use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided) 

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk). Include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned with original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods 

Notes:

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package and per attempt (UK mainland only)
• Items from bundles & packages are non returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned complete
