The 5 point safety harness on the Cosatto Zoomi 1-2-3 Car Seat has a special release which is quick and easy but safe to use. In order to ensure excellent safety features and comfortable fit various parts of the seat adapt in size. The head rest moves up to fit your growing child and keep them safe in the event of a collision. The armrest is decently padded for support and a comfy journey. The chest and abdominal pads are easy to wear and add to safety as well as comfort. As research concludes that a large number of children escape from their car seat harnesses, the harness has additional fabric at the sides. This is described by Cosatto as the 'Anti-Escape System'. As you can see in the video on this page, it works to help to keep your child in place. This improves their safety should there be a collision. Therefore, for parents of wriggly children, the anti-escape system is a real bonus and makes journeys much less stressful.

In case you need to, you can reverse the seat liner or it can be separated depending on your needs. The cover as you might expect is removable and can be easily washed. When your child is older the seat becomes a high back booster seat. You can easily remove the harness and your older child can use the car seat belt instead. Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• We may use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided) 

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk). Include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned with original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods 

Notes:

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package and per attempt (UK mainland only)
• Items from bundles & packages are non returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned complete
• If need be, we can supply a suitable transport carton at a cost of £10.
