Chicco Rhythm n Sound Bouncer - Cool Grey is ideal for soothing babies even as newborns. The comfy fabric seat is beautifully designed for babies to feel cosy in. It gently moves from side to side, just like you would if you were holding your baby. Therefore the calm movement soothes your baby and they enjoy being in it when you're not holding your baby yourself. Plus, the soothing musical sounds from the base of the seat also keep baby entertained. Suitable from birth to 6 months old or until they weigh 9kg.

The movement can be powered by either a USB cable with external power supply unit (not included) or you can use batteries (also not included).

You can alter the 5 point harness to make sure it keeps baby cradled in the chair. There is a cosy strap-cover between baby's legs which is soft against delicate skin.

Choose between two positions for baby to lay back into. The base plays white noise sounds from nature as well as gentle lullabies to provide an enchanting, soothing place for baby to relax.

When you're not using it, fold the chair down. It folds easily to take up hardly any space at all. Therefore it is nice and compact to store away. It's also a great Gift Idea too!

Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• We may use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided) 

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk). Include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned with all original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods 

Notes:

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package and per attempt (UK mainland only)
• Individual items from bundles or packages are not returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned in full 
• If an item from a multi item purchase is returned delivery charges will be recalculated and applied to the remaining live order 
• If need be, we can supply a suitable transport carton at a cost of £10
