Designed With Comfort In Mind

As it has more space for your nipper to sit in, the Britax Kidfix III S Group 2 / 3 Car Seat includes an easily adapted v-shaped back support. This support moves as your child grows too. Chest Pad Security

For additional protection Kidfix III has an extra chest pad for your little pickle. This is a shock absorbing foam cushion that diffuses almost a third of the impact energy during a collision. Therefore your child has even more protection for their neck. This protection is afforded because your child's head suffers less jarring movement too. The extra side panels give your child even more protection if there is a collision from the side. This is because they lessen the gap between the car seat and inside the car door. They also absorb the force of the side impact as well.

4th Point Of Contact

There is a 4th point of contact provided by the 'SecureGuard' on the Kidfix III. This positions the lap belt over your child's pelvic bones. Therefore, in a collision, more serious injuries are prevented.

Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• BuggyBaby's practice is to minimise shipment packaging and recycle outer-packaging where it is safe to do so. We may also use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided)

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk). Include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned with original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods 

Notes:

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package (UK mainland only)
• Items from bundles & packages are non returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned complete
• If need be, we can supply a suitable transport carton at a cost of £10.
