The Cool Flow features the next generation of its XP PAD - a shock absorbing pad that sits over your child's chest once you strap them in. It helps to prevent your child's chin hitting their chest in a frontal collision, reducing the impact by around 30 percent. As a result, it reduces jerky forward-head movements, providing extra protection over your child's sensitive neck and chest area.

Adjustable side impact system (SICT)

Adjustable side pods, located on either side of the seat, reduce the distance between the car seat and the car door, significantly absorbing side impacts should you be hit from the side. This SICT (Advanced Side Impact Protection) system is unique to Britax, and is very easy to use.

As a result, the Britax Kidfix III S makes for a comfortable and ergonomic seating position, even for taller children. SecureGuard pelvic support

Britax SecureGuard is an extra contact point that is positioned between your child's legs. Simply guide your vehicle seat belt through this point, as well as the side seat belt guides, provide extra protection of your child's delicate pelvic area.

Do I Receive A Warranty With Britax Kidfix III Car Seat?

Yes. You receive a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing or material defects (excludes polystyrene inserts). This applies to UK mainland only.

Delivery within the UK mainland

• FREE for 48hr delivery for UK mainland orders over £50
• £5.00 for 48hr delivery for UK mainland orders under £50
• £8.95 per box surcharge for UK Mainland Next Day Delivery (12:00 cutoff, week day deliveries only)
• "In stock" orders are normally delivered within 2 working days. (Typical: order today, collected from warehouse tomorrow, delivered to you next day)
• "Pre-order" items are dispatched once stock is received from manufacturer, a timescale is provided if available
• "Sold out" items are currently unavailable

*Please note that you will be contacted after order placement with regards the number of parcels required to ship your order should it be more than 1, multiple charges will apply. 

*All products by Britax, Graco, Joie, Nuna brands are restricted from being shipped outside of the UK mainland. Orders for these products with delivery addresses outside of the UK mainland will not be shipped. 

Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• BuggyBaby's practice is to minimise shipment packaging and recycle outer-packaging where it is safe to do so. We may also use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided)

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk). Include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned with original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods 

Notes:

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package and per attempt (UK mainland only)
• Items from bundles & packages are non returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned complete
• If need be, we can supply a suitable transport carton at a cost of £10.
