BABYZEN YOYO Newborn Pack equips your BABYZEN YOYO with everything you need for a newborn baby. This parent-facing, lie-flat 0+ pack has been designed to give your little one maximum comfort, thanks to its soft nest pad and head support.

It features a soft nest pad and head support for baby's optimum comfort. Plus for colder weather conditions, bundle your baby up with the removable and wonderfully cosy Sherpa fleece foot cover.

Once you're finished with the newborn pack, you can easily switch from this to the 6+ colour back as your child grows. This transforms it into a forward facing pushchair. Plus, you can use this over and over again! A second baby? No problem! Just purchase another newborn pack and you can change the entire look of your pushchair. From Aqua to Taupe if you wish.

In newborn mode, your YOYO pushchair folds and unfolds with just one hand, in the blink of an eye. Plus, you can fold it in one piece and take it on board a plane as hand luggage, with thanks to its compact size. The soft, comfortable lie-flat mattress helps to keep baby comfortable throughout your journeys too. All whilst the head support cushions baby's head.

BABYZEN offer a 6 month manufacturers warranty from the initial date of purchase. This applies to UK Mainland only.

• FREE 48 hour (2 business days) delivery for UK Mainland orders over £50
• £5.00 48 hour (2 business days) delivery for UK Mainland orders under £50
• £8.95 per box surcharge for UK Mainland Next Day Delivery (12:00 cut-off, weekday deliveries only)
• £8.95 per box surcharge for Specified Weekday
• £18.95 per box surcharge for Saturday Delivery
• "In stock" orders are normally delivered within 2 working days. (Typical: order today, collected from warehouse tomorrow, delivered to you next day)
• "Pre-order" items are dispatched once stock is received from manufacturer, a timescale is provided if available
• "Sold out" items are currently unavailable
• "Direct - Delivery Date To Be Advised" items are delivered directly by the manufacturer according to timescales they dictate. Refer to product page for best guess estimates

Delivery to Mainland Europe*

• £30 per parcel, for multiple parcels, multiple charges apply (please see below)
• The standard delivery time to mainland Europe is 3 - 5 working days depending on geographic location. 

*We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

*Excludes remote locations where surcharge of £20 per parcel is applicable.

*Please note that you will be contacted after order placement with regards the number of parcels required to ship your order should it be more than 1, multiple charges will apply. 

*All products by Britax, Graco, Joie, Nuna are restricted from being shipped outside the UK Mainland. Orders for these products with delivery addresses outside of the UK mainland will not be shipped. 

Delivery Timing

Occurs Monday to Friday, generally 9am - 6pm (excluding public holidays). Please note that collections occur Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please Note

• If the buyer wants to cancel the order that is already in transit you simply reject delivery 
• If the buyer accepts the parcel and then cancels the order, the return costs are at the buyers expense 
• If a delivery is rejected or 3 delivery attempts are made without success the order will be automatically returned to sender
• Cost to attempt re-delivery of an order is £15 per parcel for UK mainland & £30 per parcel for European addresses
• Orders travelling outside UK mainland: You may wish to arrange insurance against loss or damage 
• We may use recycled packaging if the packaging provided by the manufacturer isn't sufficient. Please check contents. Any parcel refused without checking will be subject to £15 returns charge
• Please note that product warranties are not valid outside of the UK mainland, we will try to help you as best we can with parts and fixes but delivery costs are chargeable 
• If paying by card over the phone the delivery address must be the same as the billing address so that we can help prevent fraud. (If proof of address can not be provided) 

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-disposable items that are unused [Consumer Rights Act 2015]. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, simply send them back to us unused, in the original packaging and in resellable condition (at your own cost and risk). Include your order number and name. 

Conditions for refunds are:

• Item must be with us within 30 days of receipt
• We will repay the amount to the payment method used, eg. paypal, credit card, debit card
• Delivery costs to return the item will not be refunded 
• The product must be unused and returned with original packaging
• The product and packaging must be in resell-able condition
• We reserve the right to not reimburse for any used goods 

Notes:

• Cancellation and return of special order items and assembled furniture may be subject to a charge for us to re-stock
• If you do not want to arrange your own return we can do so at a cost of £15 per package and per attempt (UK mainland only)
• Items from bundles & packages are non returnable. Bundles & packages must be returned complete
• If need be, we can supply a suitable transport carton at a cost of £10.
