Q. How do I place an order online?

A. Once you have found the product you wish to purchase click on the "Add to basket" button. If you want to buy another product just click away from the Basket Summary and select your additional products as described above.

Once you have completed your selections, review them in the Shopping Basket and click on the "Checkout" button. This will now pass your purchase to our secure checkout area.

Q. Can I order over the phone?

A. Yes, but only products that are not available online. Simply give us a call on 01473 737 041 and our Customer Service Team will assist you and answer any questions. Orders can be completed online with a valid and verified credit or debit card.

Q. Do you have a showroom?                                                                          

A. Yes, our showroom is located in Suffolk. Address details are at the bottom of every page

Q. When will I receive my order?

A. Orders are processed within 24 hours. If the item is delayed we will contact you directly to give you an update on timing of shipment. We strive for all standard UK mainland orders to be delivered within 2 business days.

Q. Do you deliver to my area?

A. We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Contact us if your country is not here. 

Q. What warranty is provided? 

A. All products come with a manufacturers warranty (see individual product pages for details). The warranty is only valid from UK mainland addresses. If a product is outside the UK mainland the warranty is invalid. If your product is outside the UK mainland it is up to you to return it to a UK mainland address from where we can activate the warranty and solve any issue.
